Privacy policy

Gold Dusk ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use golddusk.online and book a table, why we use it, and your rights under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).

What we collect

Booking details: your name, phone number, email address, the date, time and size of your reservation, the occasion, and any notes you add.
Payment status: whether a payment was started, completed or failed, the amount, and a reference from the payment provider. Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page; we never see or store them.
Technical data needed to run the site, such as your language choice and basic server logs.

Why we use it

To confirm, manage and remind you of your reservation, and to contact you about it.
To take and reconcile payments, process refunds and prevent fraud.
To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Payment providers that process your payment (SuperPay, Mastercard payment services through FABMISR, AFS, Paymob or Kashier, depending on what you choose).
Service providers that host the website and database and send our emails. They may only use data to provide those services to us.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation and payment records for 5 years for accounting and legal reasons, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Contact us at reserve@golddusk.online. You may also complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Centre.

Security

We use encrypted connections and limit access to your data to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at once if you suspect a problem.

Cookies

We use only what is needed to run the site, for example to remember your language and keep staff signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
